Working Principle

When raw oil flows through the filter cartridge, the particles gradually deposit and accumulate on the outer surface of the filter element to form a cake.
When the thickness of the cake increase,the liquid is getting difficult to flow through the filter element, and the pressure difference increases. When the pressure difference or the timing set by the PLC system reaches the preset value, the PLC system output signal can start the on-site explosion-proof solenoid valve.The explosion-proof solenoid valve changes from electrical signal to gas signal to start the actuator to switch one of the two valves.
PLC system drives the filters to start backwash in order according to the program, and after the backwash of the entire system is fully completed, the differential pressure returns to the normal working state until the next signal arrives.
